In addition to SMT assembly, Sils Technology also provides advanced Auto Insertion Components (AI) services for through-hole PCB components.

Auto Insertion is a high-speed automated process where specialized machines insert electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and diodes directly into PCB holes with extreme accuracy and consistency.

We also support Infrared Induction PCB mounting, which is currently in very high demand in the electronics industry. Our process delivers premium-quality output comparable to imported PCBs, making it ideal for high-performance and industrial applications.

Manual Insertion involves skilled technicians placing through-hole components manually into printed circuit boards. This process is often required for:

  • Connectors and transformers

  • Components that require manual handling

  • Custom or low-volume PCB assembly
